Sourcing Goods in the UK
If you wish to locate a manufacturer of a specific product in the UK, the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce can undertake a search on your behalf, and the more specific and detailed your enquiry, the better the results are likely to be.
This service is subject to charges (please see Fees). Alternatively, directories such as Kelly's and Kompass can be a good source of names.
Arab companies can also request that their requirements be listed in the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce Bulletin as mentioned in (Locating potential importers in the UK). Manufacturers associations and professional bodies can relay to their members enquiries that they receive from Arab companies, and it is also worth writing to major UK chambers of commerce who will often publish requests in their journals.
