Secretary General & CEO reappointed

Dr Afnan Al Shuaiby, Secretary General & CEO of the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, has been reappointed for a second four-year term as Secretary General & Chief Executive of the organisation.

The decision to reappoint Dr Afnan was taken at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the ABCC which took place at the Chamber’s Mayfair premises on the 15th June.

Welcoming her reappointment, Dr Imad Shehab, Secretary General of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for the Arab Countries, warmly thanked Dr Afnan for all her achievements over the past three years. 
 
Under Dr Afnan Al Shuaiby’s leadership the ABCC had considerably raised its profile within the business community enabling it to improve the services it provides to its members to the benefit of facilitating Arab-British trade.
