Download and Keep Your Own Certificate of Origin Template
To assist accurate completion of the Certificate of Origin, you can now download a template of the Certificate as a Microsoft Word Template. This will enable you to retain - on your computer - an accurate representation of the certificate which you can then use to print onto the Certificate of Origin forms.
Alternatively, if you require the document to be proof-read by the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce prior to printing on the original Certificates, you can print the completed template onto a sheet of blank paper and fax it to us on 020 7659 4878. You can also email it, as an attachment, to cliff.lawrence@abcc.org.uk.
