General Terms and Conditions for applying for a business visa to the Arab States through the Chamber
The use of the visa facility is available to all firms. Their subsidiaries or associates are not eligible.
- The Chamber does its utmost to assist in obtaining the visas in the shortest possible time. It cannot, however, guarantee when the Embassy will issue the visa. In case of non-issuance, Embassy fees only will be refunded.
- Applicants wishing to have their passports returned by post must enclose a stamped addressed registered envelope.
- Foreign applicants, except EU nationals, should have a valid residency in the UK. The host company must send a fax of invitation to the Consulate concerned in London stating the following:
- Name of Visitor
- Nationality
- Passport Number
- Name of UK Employer
