Submitting Your Visa Application
Please read through the following information before applyling for your Visa.
Visa Application Forms
To obtain these, you can either contact the London Embassy of the Arab country concerned, or contact the Visa Services section of the Chamber, where we have a supply of application forms.

Prices and Supporting Documents
You can either check the price and details of any necessary supporting documentation, or you can contact the London Embassy of the Arab country concerned or contact the Visa Section of the Chamber.

Submitting your Paperwork and Visa Application to the Chamber
Once you have determined the total cost of the service, you should send payment for the total amount to the Chamber. Payment must be accompanied by the passport(s), visa application, and supporting documentation.
(All cheques should be made payable to The Arab-British Chamber of Commerce).
All passports received by 11:00 a.m. will be despatched to the relevant Embassy on the day received.
To ensure greater security, we insist that passports are always sent by registered post, courier, or are delivered by hand.
Tracking your Visa application
For those applicants who have submitted a visa request to us, and wish to check on the status of their passport, please email your inquiry to t.bebawi@abcc.org.uk.
Please include your company name and applicant name in your email.
Collecting your Passport
If you have specified that you wish your passport to be sent to you by courier, you should make such arrangements after ascertaining that the passport is ready for collection, and informing the Visa Section of collection arrangements.
If you wish to collect the Passport yourself, you are of course free to do so. However, to ensure that matters run smoothly, you should contact the Visa section at the above email address to give an indication of your arrival time.
General Terms for Business Visa Applications through the Chamber
The use of the visa facility is available to all firms. Their subsidiaries or associates are not eligible.
The Chamber does its utmost to assist in obtaining the visas in the shortest possible time. It cannot, however, guarantee when the Embassy will issue the visa. In case of non-issuance, Embassy fees only will be refunded.
Applicants wishing to have their passports returned by post must enclose a stamped addressed special delivery envelope
Foreign Applicants (except EU nationals)
All applicants should have valid residence status in the UK.
The host company must send a fax of invitation to the Consulate concerned in London stating the following:
- Name of Visitor
- Nationality
- Passport Number
- Name of UK Employer
